\nThe Required Skills for this Role Include:<\/p>\n
Receiving and inspecting all goods purchased in order to ensure the same are in good condition.
\nRaising goods received vouchers (GRN\u2019s) for all store\u2019s items received and entering particulars on BIN cards in order to ensure that the delivery notes (DN\u2019s) tallies with goods.
\nMonitoring the level of stock items by maintaining minimum and maximum levels on the same and advises superiors in order to facilitate replenishment of the same.
\nControlling stock issues critically by scrutinising requisitions from user departments\/ sections, authenticity of signatories in order to ensure the same are properly\/ duly authorised.
\nCarrying out and records periodical stock audits, physical checks and proper keeping of record in order to maintain an effective system of accountability for stocks.
\nSupervising subordinates in order to ensure that proper records are maintained and stores procedures are adhered to.
\nPreparing weekly, monthly and incidental reports on all stores operations and submits the same to superior for budgeting control purposes.
\nPerforming any other task assigned to him by superior.
\nWill be responsible for maintaining the quality and feed safety management system<\/p>\n
The Required Qualifications are:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate.
\nDiploma in Purchasing and Supply\/Accountancy
\n3 years relevant experience
\nConversant in Pastel
\nProfessional Membership<\/p>\n

\nThe Required Skills for this Role Include:<\/p>\n
Will be responsible for maintaining the overall Novatek hygiene environment.
\nEnsuring that waste materials are identified, collected, removed and disposed of in a manner which prevents contamination of products and production areas
\nEnsuring that drainages are cleaned and the forms are updated
\nEnsuring that the roads, yards and parking areas are drained to prevent standing water
\nEnsuring that the Novatek Sanitary cleaning schedule is implemented and that all cleaning records are up-dated
\nEnsuring that Outside Novatek perimeters are well maintained \/ land scaped\/emptying of bins outside\/inside the plant
\nEnsuring that the A grade empty bags are sorted out and stored properly for re-use
\nEnsuring that the storage shades at Novatek and their surroundings are clean and well maintained
\nMust be ready to perform any task assigned by the Supervisor<\/p>\n
The Required Qualifications are:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate.
\nCertificate \/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
\nMinimum 2 years of work experience
\nMust be registered with HPCZ<\/p>\n
