Loan Consultant \u2013 Chipata
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
The loan consultant at our Solwezi branch will be Responsible for entering all new client\u2019s details into the client registration system either manually or electronically.
\nReceive, assist, and direct clients in a courteous, efficient, and welcoming manner projecting a positive, friendly, and professional image.
\nChecking documents, informing applicants of additional requirements and documents.
\nEnsure all loans are properly documented with accurate and complete information.
\nMaintaining client\u2019s right to privacy and confidentiality throughout the loan process.
\nInterview applicants to collect information concerning their financial needs and give advice to customers on financial literacy
\nAnswering to customer questions, customer service
\nEnsure conformity with credit policy
\nResponsible for cash management.
\nMarketing
\nEnsure that clients have the right information regarding the products, promotions, and other value-added services<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification and Desirable behavior<\/p>\n
Diploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
\nShould be able to work within the working rules and regulations of the organization and should have excellent communication skills.
\nShould be able to work in a target driven work environment and should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
\nExcellent organization skills
\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team,
\nAbility to Multi-task
\nAbility should\u00a0be a good motivator with commendable interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
