{"id":2921,"date":"2025-04-03T16:00:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T16:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/it-support-technician-at-adsum-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-07-19T00:14:05","modified_gmt":"2025-07-19T00:14:05","slug":"it-support-technician-at-adsum-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=2921","title":{"rendered":"IT Support Technician at Adsum Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for dynamic IT support professionals to provide outsourced IT support to various clients.<br \/>\nWhat you will do<br \/>\nIT support technicians may do some or all of the following:<br \/>\nidentify and solve computer software, hardware problems.<br \/>\nanalyze user problems and suggest how to prevent future problems.<br \/>\nassemble, install and test computer software, networks and servers.<br \/>\nupdate and repair equipment<br \/>\nkeep records of software and equipment.<br \/>\nSkills and knowledge<br \/>\nIT helpdesk\/support technicians need to have knowledge of:<br \/>\ncomputer hardware, software, networks and websites<br \/>\nthe latest developments in information technology.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of Windows Servers Systems, Windows AD Domains and Microsoft 365<br \/>\nWorking conditions<br \/>\nIT helpdesk\/support technicians:<br \/>\nusually work regular business hours, although they may need to work overtime or be on call<br \/>\nusually work in offices, call centers, computer rooms or at their clients\u2019 workplaces<br \/>\nmay work in stressful conditions because they have to work to short deadlines, and fix faults quickly.<br \/>\nWill involve on-site and remote support of multiple clients<br \/>\nMinimum requirements:<br \/>\nMust be a member of ICTAZ. IF certificate is not submitted, application will NOT be considered.<br \/>\nG12 certificate<br \/>\nMust have completed A+ and N+<br \/>\nMCSE qualification or currently busy with it would be an advantage.<br \/>\nValid Driver\u2019s license, copy must be submitted with application, will NOT be considered otherwise.<br \/>\nAbility to work with clients.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
