\n About the Role
\nWe are looking for a driven and tech-savvy ICT & Solutions Support Intern to join our fast-paced digital transformation environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of software implementation, financial systems, and digital product sales.
\nYou\u2019ll play an active role in the implementation of an investment system project, while also supporting the deployment, testing, and documentation of technology solutions .
\nThis role blends technical hands-on experience with client-facing solution support, ideal for someone interested in fintech, ICT systems, and digital business enablement.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n \ufe0f System Implementation Support
\nAssist in the deployment, testing, and documentation of investment and fund management software
\nParticipate in API integrations between third-party platforms and in-house systems
\nSupport UI\/UX testing, bug tracking, and sprint-based feature validation
\nPerform data validations and quality checks during UAT and go-live phases
\nContribute to the creation of user manuals, training materials, and FAQs
\n \ufe0f Digital Solutions & Sales Support
\nProvide first-level technical support for the group of companies or platforms
\nAssist in preparing product demos, digital decks, and client-ready presentation materials
\nSupport CRM or ERP product demonstrations and lead tracking across interested clients
\nHelp coordinate inquiries or product walkthroughs with prospective users and buyers
\nCollect client feedback and escalate technical requirements to development teams
\n Documentation & Reporting
\nMaintain clear documentation of user requirements and technical workflows
\nHelp update dashboards, internal tools, and task-tracking systems for project milestones
\nSupport sales teams in producing technical specs or simplified feature explanations
\n Required Skills & Qualifications
\nBachelor\u2019s degree (or in final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
\nUnderstanding of software fundamentals (OOP, databases, SDLC)
\nFamiliarity with SQL and database platforms (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
\nProficiency in at least one programming language (Python, PHP, Java, JavaScript)
\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
\nComfortable with Git\/GitHub and basic version control
\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills
\nDetail-oriented and self-driven with a strong willingness to learn
\n Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
\nExperience with UI\/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
\nKnowledge of CRM, ERP, or Investment Management systems
\nExperience supporting ICT projects, university competitions, or hackathons
\nBasic understanding of technical product marketing or sales enablement
