This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management, inventory cost tracking, and retail bookkeeping while working in a dynamic fashion retail environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nRecord daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and stock purchases.<br \/>\nProcess invoices, receipts, and payments while ensuring timely supplier settlements.<br \/>\nReconcile cash and card transactions with store sales reports.<br \/>\nMonitor stock purchases and cost management to ensure accurate inventory tracking.<br \/>\nAssist in preparing financial statements such as income reports and expense summaries.<br \/>\nSupport payroll processing for store employees, ensuring timely salary disbursement.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and other applicable taxes.<br \/>\nTrack store expenses and suggest cost-saving measures to improve financial efficiency.<br \/>\nWork closely with the store manager\/owner to provide financial insights and reporting.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\nEducation: Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br \/>\nTechnical Skills: Basic proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.<br \/>\nAttention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate financial records and detect discrepancies.<br \/>\nTime Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br \/>\nIntegrity &amp; Confidentiality: Ability to handle financial data with discretion.<br \/>\nPreferred Attributes:<br \/>\nPassion for fashion and retail.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of inventory cost management and stock control.<br \/>\nExcellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow.<br \/>\nWhy Join Us?<br \/>\nGain hands-on experience in retail financial management.<br \/>\nMentorship and training from experienced professionals.<br \/>\nPotential for a full-time position upon successful internship completion.<br \/>\nWe strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
