Backed by strong shareholders and a board with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and lending, Unifi is poised for continued success.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\nDevelop and Deliver Ongoing Training:<\/p>\n<p>Develop in-person training modules based on adult learning principles.<br \/>\nDeliver in-person training sessions, ensuring participant satisfaction.<br \/>\nInform HRM and Group L&amp;D of all ongoing training planned within a month.<br \/>\nProvide refresher trainings as per approved scheduled Train the Trainer Program Implementation.<br \/>\nDesign, deliver, and evaluate a \u201cTrain the Trainer\u201d program.<br \/>\nTrain New Employees:<br \/>\nPartner with Group L&amp;D to design onboarding pathways for major operational roles.<br \/>\nDeliver in-person onboarding training for all major operational roles.<br \/>\nFacilitate completion of online onboarding modules for new joiners .<\/p>\n<p>Induction:\u00a0Conduct company induction sessions for all new hires within the first two weeks of their start date.<br \/>\nRole-specific onboarding:\u00a0Onboarding check-ins: Coordinate with managers and HR on scheduled check-ins (30, 60, 90 days) for all new employees, to assess training progress and needs.<br \/>\nTechnical and external training:<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate training of highly technical subject matters with internal or external experts;<br \/>\nSource providers for external training and provide train-the-trainer support for internal experts;and<br \/>\nInform HRM and\u00a0 Group L&amp;D of all ongoing training planned within a month.<br \/>\nTraining Needs Analysis<br \/>\nConduct Quarterly TNA:Complete basic quarterly Training Needs Analysis for operational roles;<br \/>\nCompile TNA report with actionable recommendations based on operational and business needs;and<br \/>\nConduct a Skills Audit and ascertain gaps and need for intervention<br \/>\nCollaborate on Learning Pathways<br \/>\nWork with managers and HR to develop personalised training plans for underperforming staff, ensuring documented plans include specific goals, timelines, and progress check-ins every 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>Training Material Development<\/p>\n<p>Develop Training Material:Create and\/or update training material for key training modules (e.g., technical role-specific, soft skills, or operational processes) per month to align with Unifi\u2019s strategic goals, in collaboration with Group L&amp;D;and<br \/>\nCollaborate with subject experts to review and\/or update training content and confirm accuracy.<br \/>\nTraining Effectiveness and Reporting\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0Conduct post-training assessments for all training sessions;<br \/>\nTrack and report on employee performance improvements tied to training interventions;<\/p>\n<p>Maintain Training Records:<\/p>\n<p>Ensure all training attendance, performance assessments, and feedback are logged in the central database;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Online Learning Delivery\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Promote completion rates for assigned online courses by monitoring progress and sending reminders weekly.<\/p>\n<p>User Management:Manage LMS users (add, transfer, remove).<br \/>\nReporting:<\/p>\n<p>Generate and share LMS completion reports with managers monthly.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Education or similar;<br \/>\nRegistered Skills Development Facilitator (Advantage);<br \/>\nFacilitator experience (Advantage);<br \/>\nFluent in many local languages (would be an advantage);<br \/>\nAbility to present complex information clearly and effectively;and<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
