Tourism and Hospitality Management.<br \/>\nLECTURER \u2013 SCHOOL OF NURSING X 1<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lecturer\/cum tutor<br \/>\nPosition Overview:<br \/>\nLondon American University is seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join our faculty as Lecturers in Business School and School of Nursing. The successful candidate will contribute to the academic excellence of our university by delivering high-quality lectures, engaging in research activities, and providing mentorship to students pursuing degrees in business and nursing related disciplines.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Teaching:<br \/>\nDevelop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops.<br \/>\nFoster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.<br \/>\nProvide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments to support student development.<br \/>\n2. Research:<br \/>\nConduct scholarly research in relevant areas of Agribusiness, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Logistics, Tourism, and Hospitality Mgt.<br \/>\nPublish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences.<br \/>\nCollaborate with colleagues and contribute to the research profile of the University.<br \/>\n3. Curriculum Development:<br \/>\nContribute to the design and enhancement of curriculum materials to ensure alignment with industry trends and academic standards.<br \/>\nIntegrate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.<br \/>\n4. Student Mentorship:<br \/>\nProvide academic and career guidance to students.<br \/>\nSupervise student research projects and dissertations.<br \/>\n5. Professional Development:<br \/>\nStay abreast of developments in the various fields.<br \/>\nEngage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and research skills.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\n1. Minimum of a Master\u2019s Degree in the related field or equivalent terminal degree, or a related field. (for school of business),Minimum of Bachelors degree in Nursing (for school of Nursing)<br \/>\n2. Demonstrated teaching experience of minimum 3 years at the undergraduate and\/or postgraduate level.<br \/>\nStrong research record or evidence of research potential.<br \/>\n3. Industry experience is desirable.<br \/>\n4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n5. Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.<br \/>\n6.
