Collaborate with management to ensure strategies reflect organizational vision and market realities.<br \/>\nMarket Research &amp; Business Opportunity Identification:<br \/>\nConduct market analysis to identify potential new business opportunities, particularly in the mining sector. Gather and analyze data to inform commercial decisions and expansion plans.<br \/>\nBrand Development &amp; Management:<br \/>\nLead the development and promotion of the Mary Begg brand, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials. Strengthen public awareness and maintain a strong, positive brand image.<br \/>\nGrowth-Focused Marketing Initiatives:<br \/>\nIdentify and implement marketing activities that support future growth, such as new service offerings, outreach to untapped markets, and partnerships with industry stakeholders.<br \/>\nPromotional Content &amp; Campaigns:<br \/>\nDevelop engaging promotional content (digital, print, and social media) in line with brand guidelines. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate marketing campaigns and public relations activities.<br \/>\nClient Relationship Development:<br \/>\nEstablish and maintain positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including those in the mining sector. Actively seek referrals and new business leads through strategic networking.<br \/>\nMarketing Collateral Management:<br \/>\nOversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, newsletters, advertisements, and presentations.<br \/>\nDigital Marketing &amp; Social Media Management:<br \/>\nManage the company\u2019s digital presence, including website updates and social media platforms. Analyze digital traffic and engagement to optimize online performance. Apply a balanced approach in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing efforts to ensure optimal reach and impact across diverse audience segments.<br \/>\nMarketing Program Assessment:<br \/>\nTrack and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize KPIs and ROI metrics to measure impact.<br \/>\nBudget Preparation &amp; Management:<br \/>\nAssist the Commercial Manager in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of financial resources for maximum visibility and return.<br \/>\nInternal Collaboration:<br \/>\nWork collaboratively with clinical, operational, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with internal processes, programs, and staff development initiatives.<br \/>\nStakeholder Engagement:<br \/>\nEngage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, community representatives, clients, and business partners.<br \/>\nEvent Coordination:<br \/>\nPlan and execute company events, trade exhibitions, product launches, and community health promotions that increase brand awareness and client engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Trend Monitoring &amp; Best Practices:<br \/>\nStay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure MBHS maintains a competitive edge in healthcare marketing.<br \/>\nTraining and Development<\/p>\n<p>Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with leadership and department heads to conduct surveys and identify current and future training needs aligned with operational goals.<br \/>\nCurriculum and Material Development: Coordinate the development and updating of training materials and curricula that reflect strategic objectives and industry best practices.<br \/>\nTraining Program Implementation: Design and execute training and staff development programs, including on-the-job training, workshops, and conferences.<br \/>\nOn-boarding and Orientation: Conduct comprehensive on-boarding and induction programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization.<br \/>\nCustomized Learning Programs: Create targeted training plans to address individual, departmental, or organizational development needs.<br \/>\nTrainer Coordination: Identify, mobilize, and manage internal and external trainers to deliver training initiatives.<br \/>\nPerformance and Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs, including instructor performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.<br \/>\nWellness and Engagement: Administer employee wellness surveys and support employee engagement strategies through training and development activities.<br \/>\nRecruitment Support: Assist with senior-level recruitment through training assessments, evaluation tools, and on-boarding processes.<br \/>\nBudget Management: Develop and manage the training budget in consultation with HR and departmental managers.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
