Yalelo\u00a0is looking for a hardworking, proactive, and organized individual to fill the position of\u00a0Stores Controller.

\nTo be successful in the role, you will need to ensure all Inventory and Stock Management Systems are maintained accurately within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner; maintain store standards as described in Yalelo\u2019 SOP Manual including Inventory Management, Cleaning, Shelf\/ Stock Presentation and Shelf Ticketing
\nThe\u00a0Right-Fit\u00a0candidate will:<\/p>\n
Maintain accountability for opening and closing stock, ensuring there is precise reconciliation between the two.
\nComplete all necessary documentation, checking and adjusting of all inventory data collection continuously throughout the business day.
\nEnsure all records of stock transferred to satellite depots updated and completed accordingly.
\nFile hard copies and soft copies of all inventory control documentation (Stock counts, Depot Transfers, Delivery Notes, Goods Issue Voucher, Daily Reports, etc.)
\nComplete data entry of all inventory movement in an Inventory tracking software
\nFoster collaborative working relations with members of the logistics team.
\nMaintain strong, regular, productive communication between Logistics and cross-functional teams\/departments, e.g. Sales, Finance, Lake Operations.
\nComplete timely and accurate reporting (at intervals specified by management).
\nReport on reconciliation of actual stock counts to computer generated reports after stock takes.
\nMaintain the quality of all stocks using best preserving practice as per company policy and dispatch of all stocks using FIFO method.
\nImplement improvement processes and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
\n\u00a0Ensure daily housekeeping of the stores room plus inventory stacked accordingly at all times.<\/p>\n
The Essentials:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Purchasing and Supply or related.
\nKnowledge in Excel, Sage Evolution, Warehousing
\nAt least 2 year\u2019s work experience
\nBusiness Acumen and Customer Service Orientation,
\nHonest and Integrous
\nHighly Organized<\/p>\n
