The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced, and knowledgeable in various aspects of facility upkeep and team management.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nOversee and manage all maintenance operations of the hotel and convention centre.<br \/>\nPerform and supervise repairs in landscaping, plumbing, and electrical systems.<br \/>\nDevelop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.<br \/>\nSchedule and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functioning of hotel facilities.<br \/>\nLead and supervise a team of maintenance staff.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nProven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.<br \/>\nKnowledge in landscaping, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.<br \/>\nAbility to read technical manuals and drawings.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and budget management skills.<br \/>\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<br \/>\nEffective leadership and communication skills.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
