{"id":3028,"date":"2025-04-11T10:00:17","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T10:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/human-resources-officer-at-smartron-strategy-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-07-21T00:13:44","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T00:13:44","slug":"human-resources-officer-at-smartron-strategy-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3028","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Officer at Smartron Strategy Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Human Resources Officer.<br \/>\nLocation: Chingola, Zambia<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-time<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2013 Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee orientation.<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist in the formulation and administration of employment contracts.<br \/>\n\u2013 Coordinate training and development programs.<br \/>\n\u2013 Manage employee relations and support performance management.<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of salaries.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory obligations such as PAYE, NAPSA, and NHIMA.<br \/>\n\u2013 Liaise with government and statutory bodies on HR compliance matters.<br \/>\nProvide general administrative support.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<br \/>\n\u2013 Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2013 Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.<br \/>\n\u2013 Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR\/payroll software is an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
