\nFortress Media\u00a0is looking for a Lead Photographer \u2013 Events & Brand Moments to help shape visual narratives for some of Zambia\u2019s most iconic brands and experiences.
\nWhat You\u2019ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n
Lead photography assignments across high-impact events \u2014 from corporate launches and activations to cultural festivals and government showcases.
\nPlan, shoot, and deliver compelling photo content that aligns with each project\u2019s visual direction and brand tone.
\nCollaborate with our Events, Creative, and Production teams to bring moments to life through photography.
\nEdit and retouch photos with a strong eye for colour, consistency, and storytelling.
\nManage file organisation, archiving, and delivery post-shoot.
\nMaintain equipment and ensure top-level performance on every job.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
3+ years of experience in professional event or brand photography (portfolio required).
\nProficiency with DSLR\/mirrorless camera systems (Canon, Sony, or Nikon).
\nStrong editing skills using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
\nExcellent sense of timing, framing, and lighting.
\nAbility to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments with professionalism.
\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel where necessary.
\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do spirit.<\/p>\n
