This is a salary and commission-based position.<br \/>\nDuties:<br \/>\nMeeting your target. Very important<br \/>\nQuickly build a rapport and foundation of a trusting relationship with clients and the guests that are accompanying them.<br \/>\nCreating a beautiful shopping place for our clients.<br \/>\nDaily cleaning, deposit, and reports.<br \/>\nDaily walking trips to Intercity Bus Terminal to ship or pick up shipments for the store, and clients shouldn\u2019t be a problem.<br \/>\nFollowing instructions and processes for our store\u2019s code of conduct.<br \/>\nBring in clients to the store to meet your target.<br \/>\nBe able to close the sale and also bring in new clients.<br \/>\nBenefits:<br \/>\nBonus on each item you sell.<br \/>\nCompany monthly incentives when you meet the target.<br \/>\nWe look for someone who:<br \/>\nIs dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated to make sales (Very Important).<br \/>\nIs easy to connect with and establishing relationships with clients is crucial.<br \/>\nIs passionate about fashion and\/or creating positive experiences.<br \/>\nIs a quick learner (there are many different designers and dress details to learn!).<br \/>\nHas patience and empathy for others and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.<br \/>\nCan work weekends and mall hours.<br \/>\nRequired Qualifications:<br \/>\nDiploma required in either Teaching, Sales &amp; Marketing, or Business Studies from a credible University\/College (Mandatory).<br \/>\nPolice Criminal report (Mandatory).<br \/>\nPrevious experience with credible references.<br \/>\nProduct knowledge or experience working for a loan company as a Loan Officer is an asset.<br \/>\n1-3 years related experience.<br \/>\nWe would like to thank all applicants for their interest in this role.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
