Position Overview:\u00a0Duniya Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Pharmacy Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a key contact between Duniya Healthcare and pharmaceutical wholesalers and manufacturers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. This role involves receiving and sorting orders from retail pharmacies on behalf of the wholesalers and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Liaison Role:\u00a0Serve as the primary point of contact between Duniya Healthcare and pharmaceutical wholesalers and manufacturers.
\nOrder Management:\u00a0Receive, process, and sort orders from retail pharmacies, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment on behalf of wholesalers.
\nRelationship Building:\u00a0Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and retail pharmacies to facilitate smooth operations and foster trust.
\nSales and Marketing:\u00a0Promote Duniya Healthcare\u2019s logistics services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and reliability of our operations.
\nCustomer Support:\u00a0Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
\nLogistics Coordination:\u00a0Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
\nMarket Analysis:\u00a0Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
\nCompliance:\u00a0Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.
\nExperience:\u00a0Previous experience in a pharmacy, sales, or logistics role is highly desirable.
\nSkills:
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
\nIn-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations<\/p>\n
