\nPosition Overview:\u00a0Stash Laundry and Cleaning Services Limited is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and dependable Laundry and Cleaning Attendant to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling laundry operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high hygiene standards across our facilities.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to fabric care guidelines.
\nOperate and maintain laundry machines and other cleaning equipment.
\nEnsure proper handling of all laundry items to maintain quality.
\nMaintain cleanliness in laundry and work areas.
\nPerform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing.
\nMonitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
\nFollow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic work environment.
\nAssist in organizing and delivering laundry to customers as required.<\/p>\n
Position Requirements<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate with a credit or better in English.
\nPrevious experience in laundry and\/or cleaning services including equipment operation.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nStrong attention to detail and good time management skills.
\nPhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift laundry loads.
\nFast learner, attentive to detail and with the ability to adapt to changes while contributing to a fast-paced work environment.<\/p>\n
