Position Summary:
\nWe are seeking a Field Supervisor to manage and support our team of installation technicians, ensure quality control across all deployments, and uphold strong customer relationships. This role is critical in ensuring each installation meets our operational standards and clients receive reliable post-installation support.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Installation Supervision
\nOversee all onsite installations and ensure adherence to Chrilan\u2019s standard procedures.
\nVerify that installations are complete, including all required hardware, software, network setup, and Smart Invoice configuration.
\nEnsure technicians install and activate Mesh for remote support and full compliance.
\nTeam Leadership
\nSupervise and coach technicians during site visits.
\nConduct random site checks to audit quality of installations
\nEnforce accountability for incomplete jobs or poor workmanship.
\nCustomer Relations
\nAct as the face of Chrilan during and after installation.
\nFollow up with customers post-installation to confirm system usage and satisfaction.
\nQuickly address and escalate unresolved client concerns.
\nReporting & Documentation
\nMaintain accurate records of each site visit, including photos, checklists, and sign-off forms.
\nSubmit weekly field performance reports to management.
\nReport recurring technical or process issues to help improve internal operations.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electrical, Networking, or related field.
\n2+ years experience in field service supervision, installations, or customer service.
\nFamiliarity with POS systems, networking, or ZRA Smart Invoicing is an added advantage.
\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.
\nAbility to travel and work independently.<\/p>\n
