Maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximize sales
\nSupply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
\nEnsuring that stock is requested on time and the sales flow is fully packed with all fast moving and customer most wanted items.
\nHelp set the direction for the sales channels in respect of standards and operating policies
\nResponsible for trade marketing, point of sales and brand development in respective sale channels.
\nKeep track of stock level and shrinkage.
\nFollow up on customer quotations.
\nEnsure that all sales books are fully updated and circulated to the Sales Officer.
\nAlways ensure to confirm stock after each stock taking is done.<\/p>\n
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction and positive relationships.
\nContinuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs
\nExpedite the resolutions of customer\u2019s problems and complaints to maximize customer\u2019s satisfactions
\nAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
\nCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
\nAnalyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports
\nEnsuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed
\nGreet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
\nEducate customers about product features, promotions and loyalty programs to enhance sales
\nEnsure smooth and organized management of customer data, sales activities, and follow up schedules.

\nRestock shelves and display areas as needed to ensure product efficiently.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate
\nCertificate, Diploma In sales and marketing, computer or any relevant certificate \u2013 Added Advantage
\nDigital Marketing \u2013 Added Advantage
\nKnowledge and hands on experience in sales & Marketing\u2013 Added Advantage
\nMust have a Minimum of 1 years\u2019 working experience<\/p>\n
