\nJob Summary:
\nThe Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and high level of accuracy to ensure the integrity of data used across the organization.
\nDuties\/Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms
\nVerify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
\nMaintain and update filing systems for digital and physical records
\nPerform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
\nReview data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output
\nGenerate reports as requested by management
\nMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Required Skills\/Abilities:<\/p>\n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\nAbility to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
\nProficient with Microsoft word. Excel, and data entry related software.
\nFamiliarity with, or ability to quickly learn, basic office management procedures and equipment.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma Business administration or equivalent required.
\nAt least two years related experience required.
\nExperience with database management systems (e.g SAP)<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements:<\/p>\n
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.<\/p>\n
