We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Supervisor\/Manager to oversee daily operations of both the front and back of house. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to deliver a great customer experience. Good computer skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks are essential.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nSupervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations (front and back of house)
\nEnsure high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety
\nManage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
\nHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations
\nGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
\nOversee cash handling and reconcile daily sales
\nAssist in budget planning, cost control, and profitability tracking
\nWork with POS systems and back-office software for inventory and reporting
\nRequirements:
\nProven experience as a restaurant supervisor or manager (minimum 2-3 years)
\nStrong leadership and team management skills
\nSolid knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities
\nGood computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and POS\/back-office systems
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
\nDiploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage<\/p>\n
