It achieves this mandate through providing entrepreneurial tools and opportunities to its targeted groups in its catchment areas for the beneficiaries to sustain themselves and desist from engaging in businesses that negatively affect climate like cutting down of trees for charcoal, firewood etc.
\nPOSITION: CLIENT TRAINING OFFICERS x 1 (KASAMA DISTRICT)
\nRESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Identification, Training and registration of clients
\nQuality portfolio management.
\nDaily and weekly report submission
\nCompilation and maintenance of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports<\/p>\n
Skills and Other Attributes<\/p>\n
High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
\nTrust worthy, reliable, sober minded and Honest.
\nMust possess good communication skills.
\nMust have good interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.
\nAble to operate a smart phone.<\/p>\n
Qualification(s)<\/p>\n
Must have a full Grade 12 certificate
\nCertificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Community Development, Agriculture, any other social or business-related courses.
\nMust have at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
\nMinimum 2 years hands on experience in Microfinance required.<\/p>\n
