\nEssential Information:
\nTo establish and maintain positive customer relationships through a bundle of new and existing products
\nReporting Relationships:
\nFunctionally reports to the Heads; SME Banking
\nJob Duties:<\/p>\n
Acquisition of new customers for SME Banking by aggressively marketing the bank\u2019s products to improve deposit liability growth
\nPrepare documentation on the creation of risk assets to increase business office profitability
\nAggressively market the bank\u2019s products to ensure favourable market response and optimum build-up of revenue.
\nCross-selling of existing and new products to existing and new clients and effective relationship management.
\nEnsure the reactivation of dormant accounts and relationships to improve deposit liability growth and profitability.
\nMaking calls and visiting business customers as well as attending meetings
\nImplementing the delivery of marketing strategies and targets
\nProcessing data to produce accurate facts, figures, and reports
\nFacilitating, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers<\/p>\n
Key Performance Indicators:
\nMust deliver on all financial targets
\nAchieve approved SME Banking account volumes
\nAchieve assigned PBT targets
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Ability to evaluate needs of customers, and determine what products or service would best serve those needs
\nInterpersonal and communications skills.
\nSelling and marketing skills
\nMust be self-solution driven, proactive and have acceptable knowledge of the business environment<\/p>\n
Job Requirements & Knowledge:<\/p>\n
Must exhibit drive energy, aggression and passion for business development and acquisition
\nMust be technology savvy<\/p>\n

Minimum educational level \u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree with credit or better in any relevant area of discipline
\nFull Grade Twelve School Certificate with five (5) Credits including English and Mathematics
\nZAQA verified certificates
\nTwo (2) to four (4) years cognate experience<\/p>\n
