The ideal candidate will help expand our client base by establishing new HVAC contracts with businesses in Kitwe, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring exceptional administrative support for our sales operations.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in Kitwe.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.<br \/>\nProvide administrative support for sales, including preparing quotations, contracts, and reports.<br \/>\nHandle client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.<br \/>\nNegotiate and close HVAC contracts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.<br \/>\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HVAC solutions.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n*At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage).<br \/>\n*Strong administrative and organizational skills.<br \/>\n*Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.<br \/>\n*Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).<br \/>\n*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n*Valid driver\u2019s license is an added advantage.<br \/>\n*Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n*Living in the Area of\u00a0Kitwe\u00a0will be an added advantage<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\n*A basic salary of K3,000 (before commissions).<br \/>\n*Lucrative commission-based incentives<br \/>\n*Opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing company.<br \/>\n*Professional training and mentorship from industry leaders.<br \/>\n*A supportive and dynamic team environment.<br \/>\nTake-Home Package:<br \/>\nBasic Salary: K3,000<br \/>\nCommission (average): K1,500 \u2013 K3,000<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
