Responsible for identifying potential customers and building relationships with both new and existing clients.
\nNeed to effectively demonstrate the value and benefits of the company\u2019s products to potential customers.
\nExpected to meet or exceed sales goals.
\nNeed to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
\nMaintaining positive relationships with clients is crucial for repeat business.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills are essential for success.
\nNeed to understand the specific needs and requirements of their target audience.
\nEffectively managing their time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.
\nCalculating commissions, discounts, and other sales-related figures is necessary.
\nA thorough understanding of the products being sold is vital for effective sales presentations.<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate
\nDiploma in Business Administration or equivalent will be an added advantage
\nSales experience
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
\nStrong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism<\/p>\n
