The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also manage existing accounts, provide customer service, and may be involved in product demonstrations and negotiations.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIdentifying and Generating Leads:<\/p>\n<p>Research potential clients and target markets.<br \/>\nUse various channels to generate qualified sales leads.<br \/>\nMaintain a healthy pipeline in CRM systems.<\/p>\n<p>Building and Maintaining Relationships:<\/p>\n<p>Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.<br \/>\nConduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>Presenting and Demonstrating Products:<\/p>\n<p>Deliver product presentations tailored to client needs.<br \/>\nHighlight key features and benefits effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Negotiating and Closing Deals:<\/p>\n<p>Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing, and closing sales to achieve targets.<\/p>\n<p>Providing Customer Service:<\/p>\n<p>Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.<br \/>\nEnsure a positive post-sale experience.<\/p>\n<p>Achieving Sales Targets:<\/p>\n<p>Meet individual and team sales goals.<br \/>\nTrack performance through CRM and regular reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Market Research and Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.<br \/>\nShare insights to refine sales strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the Company:<\/p>\n<p>Attend industry events and trade shows.<br \/>\nPromote the company and generate leads.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborating with Internal Teams:<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate with marketing, support, and product teams.<br \/>\nShare customer feedback to improve service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.<br \/>\n1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\nSolid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.<br \/>\nExperience in customer relationship management (CRM)<br \/>\nUnderstanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.<br \/>\nKnowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.<br \/>\nExperience in conducting virtual meetings and product demos.<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.<br \/>\nExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.<br \/>\nAbility to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:<br \/>\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
