\nWe are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Ndola.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nThe human resource Officer will provide organizational support in developing and implementing HR initiatives. He\/she will provide staff support to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the HR department. The specific duties of the position are as follows:<\/p>\n
Training and development.
\nProvide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
\nManage recruitment.
\nContract management.
\nOversee all staff leave management.
\nHandle Industrial relations.
\nRecord Management both electronic and physical.
\nSubmit weekly\/monthly reports.
\nPayroll administration<\/p>\n
REQUIRED\/DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource management, Public Administration or any other related field
\nMinimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
\nMust be a paid up Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management<\/p>\n
