The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following:<br \/>\nCollaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.<br \/>\nMaintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.<br \/>\nCreate financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.<br \/>\nIdentify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.<br \/>\nReceiving payment for clients<br \/>\nCoordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors<br \/>\nVerify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.<br \/>\nCreate daily reports for management and team members.<br \/>\nQualification<br \/>\nDiploma in accounting or related fields<br \/>\n3-5years experience in accounting<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
