Their role will include but not limited to the following:<br \/>\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n* Deliver parcels, packages and other assigned goods\/products to customers in a timely manner.<br \/>\n* Navigate Lusaka routes efficiently to ensure prompt deliveries.<br \/>\n* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.<br \/>\n* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.<br \/>\n* Assist in loading and unloading products as required.<br \/>\n* Maintain the motorbike by cleaning and ensuring it is in good working order.<br \/>\n* Have basic knowledge of mechanics.<br \/>\n* Proven experience working as a motorbike rider and met weekly cash targets.<br \/>\n* Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.<br \/>\n* Must own a smartphone.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n* Clean Motor Bike license with a valid Class A (must be at least 2 years old)<br \/>\n* Full Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\n* Good communication and interpersonal skills (conversant with English and local languages)<br \/>\n* Pays attention to detail.<br \/>\n* Must be tech literate and able to use applications like Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.<br \/>\n* Must be honest and possess high levels of confidentiality.<br \/>\n* Should have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.<br \/>\n* Familiar with Lusaka routes and locations.<br \/>\n* Passion for Customer Service<br \/>\n* Ready to start immediately.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
