\nRole Description
\nThis is a full-time field-based role for Solar Energy Promoters at d.light in all parts of Zambia. The Solar Energy Promoters will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, educating customers, managing repayments and implementing marketing strategies.
\nThe role is commission based. Incentives includes upfront commission, quality of sale commission, revenue share, volume linked incentives and payoff bonus.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Strong Communication skills
\nCustomer Service and Sales experience
\nMarketing knowledge
\nExcellent interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work independently and on-site
\nExperience in the solar energy industry is a plus
\nDigitally literate with own smartphone<\/p>\n
