Our client, a progressive dairy and cropping enterprise, is looking for a Workshop Manager to lead maintenance, fleet management, and team training on a wide range of modern, GPS-enabled farm equipment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMaintain and manage farm equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, GPS).Lead workshop operations and develop seasonal maintenance strategies.<br \/>\nTrain and supervise workshop staff and machinery operators.<br \/>\nOversee spare parts inventory and fleet performance.<br \/>\nCollaborate with operations teams to support farm schedules.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nCertified Agricultural Mechanic or Master Craftsperson<br \/>\nStrong computer skills (GPS\/satellite systems essential)<br \/>\nLeadership and training ability<br \/>\nExperience with Waikato Rotary Milking Platforms is an asset<br \/>\nWhat\u2019s on Offer:<br \/>\nSalary: competitive salary<br \/>\nGratuity upon contract completion<br \/>\n24 days annual leave<br \/>\nFurnished on-farm accommodation<br \/>\nTransport for work purposes<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
