\nJob Overview
\nThe Senior Maintenance Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient\u00a0operation of a plastic manufacturing plant by overseeing all maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and maximize performance.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant machinery and equipment.
\nManage the ERP-based maintenance system, ensuring timely logging of maintenance activities and \u00a0spare parts usage.
\nDown time analysis \/ History card updates for each machine and sending weekly planned \/ Actual maintenance \/RM costs.
\nDocumentation, strategy, procedures to aid & improve operational performance.
\nEnsure the availability of critical spare parts and consumables to avoid production disruptions.
\nTrack and control Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs in line with approved budgets.
\nAnalyze downtime and maintenance costs to drive improvements and reduce expenses
\nEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across maintenance \u00a0operations.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements \u2013 Education, Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate;
\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
\n7 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles within a plastic manufacturing environment;
\nStrong knowledge of production and maintenance procedures;
\nExpertise in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies;
\nProficiency in ERP systems for maintenance and inventory management;
\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
