The ideal candidate will have a proven consultancy background, delivering high-performance Flutter applications for *mobile (iOS\/Android) and web*, integrated with scalable backend solutions.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Design, develop, and maintain *Flutter applications\/React Native\/VueJS* for *iOS, Android, and Web*.<br \/>\n\u2013 Build responsive and performant *Flutter Web* applications with seamless cross-platform functionality.<br \/>\n\u2013 Integrate and manage *Firebase services* (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, etc.) or other backend technologies (Node.js, Django, AWS, etc.).<br \/>\n\u2013 Optimize app performance, security, and scalability across all platforms.<br \/>\n\u2013 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.<br \/>\n\u2013 Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack (frontend + backend).<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and CI\/CD pipelines.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n*5+ years of professional experience* in *Flutter development or react native or Vue JS(mobile + web)*.<br \/>\nStrong expertise in *Firebase* (or alternative backend solutions like Node.js, Django, AWS, etc.).<br \/>\nProven consultancy experience with a *portfolio of published Flutter apps (mobile and web)*.<br \/>\nDeep understanding of *state management* (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).<br \/>\nExperience with *RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time databases*.<br \/>\nProficiency in *Flutter Web* (responsive design, browser compatibility, PWA experience a plus).<br \/>\nFamiliarity with *CI\/CD pipelines* and DevOps best practices.<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br \/>\nNice to Have:<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience with *native Android\/iOS development* (Kotlin\/Swift).
