{"id":3208,"date":"2025-05-06T23:50:07","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T23:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/civil-engineer-at-bounty-shop-zambia\/"},"modified":"2025-08-20T00:14:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-20T00:14:15","slug":"civil-engineer-at-bounty-shop-zambia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3208","title":{"rendered":"Civil Engineer at Bounty Shop Zambia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Role Objective:\u00a0To manage all construction projects from planning through execution to close-out and hand-over.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<br \/>\nCreate a project brief with the architect as communicated from management (for new projects).<br \/>\nEstablish time, cost, scope and quality requirements for the project.<br \/>\nEngage with contractors and monitor time, cost and quality with the project team.<br \/>\nStreamline weekly workflow and reports within the department.<br \/>\nProduce engineering drawings and seal with professional endorsement.<br \/>\nCommunicate with and obtain necessary regulatory approvals from authorities.<br \/>\nPerform feasibility studies of prospective sites and report to management.<br \/>\nCertify all construction works before handover.<br \/>\nPerform weekly site inspections to monitor progress and preempt roadblocks.<br \/>\nQuality control by material testing, etc.<br \/>\nEnsure all sites are compliant with regulations.<br \/>\nConduct regular meetings with stakeholders (project team, management, contractors, suppliers, maintenance team) to ensure everyone is up to speed with their tasks.<br \/>\nManaging documentation and reporting<br \/>\nReview annual goals of management in terms of project delivery and propose improvements to ensure the budget and schedule of works are all on track.<br \/>\nRequired:<br \/>\nBachelor of Engineering \u2013 Civil Engineering<br \/>\nRegistered member of Engineering Institute of Zambia (professional level)<br \/>\nRegistered member of The Engineers Registration\u00a0Board\u00a0(EngRB)<br \/>\n5years minimum working experience<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Office<br \/>\nAbility to multi-tasker.<br \/>\nGood communication skill<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skill<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
