This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nDesign and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.<br \/>\nManage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising and screening to placement and onboarding.<br \/>\nCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions.<br \/>\nConduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.<br \/>\nStay current on recruitment trends to continually enhance sourcing and selection strategies.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.<br \/>\nSupport diversity and inclusion efforts across all stages of the hiring process.<br \/>\nREQUIREMENTS<br \/>\nA relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.<br \/>\n3\u20135 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.<br \/>\nStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nA strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to match talent with organizational needs.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.<br \/>\nA solid understanding of labor regulations and recruitment compliance in Zambia.<br \/>\nA wide network of professionals and recruitment partners.<br \/>\nA valid driver\u2019s license.<br \/>\nZambian citizenship is required.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
