\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
\nCoordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
\nOversee onboarding and orientation of new employees.
\nAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
\nPromote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
\nMediate disputes and support disciplinary procedures as needed.
\nDesign and implement performance appraisal systems.
\nAssess training needs across departments.
\nOrganize learning and development programs to enhance skills.
\nDevelop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
\nDesign and manage competitive salary and benefits structures.
\nEnsure payroll accuracy and compliance.
\nAlign HR strategies with business objectives.
\nAdvise senior management on HR best practices.
\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s degree is an advantage).
\nProfessional practicing license.
\nMinimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 in a managerial role.
\nStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n
