\nOur Client seeking an experienced and innovative Farm Manager to spearhead the development and operations of a growing agricultural enterprise that integrates crop production, horticulture, and aquaculture. \nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategic plans across crop, horticulture, and aquaculture operations.
\nOversee daily farm activities with a focus on productivity, sustainability, and profitability.
\nLead, train, and motivate a growing farm team to maintain high performance standards.
\nMonitor soil, crop, and aquatic health, optimizing inputs and resources for maximum yield.
\nMaintain accurate records for production, inventory, budgets, and expenditures.
\nEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
\nFoster strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and agricultural experts.
\nProvide regular performance updates and milestone reports.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Proven experience in managing farm operations; background in horticulture and\/or aquaculture is a strong advantage.
\nDiploma or degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Aquaculture, or a related field is preferred.
\nStrong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
\nPractical, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
\nCommitment to innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
\nFamiliarity with eco-friendly farming methods or green agricultural chemicals is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
