Tyche Global Logistics Limited is a leading provider in logistics, committed to operational excellence and sustainability. We are seeking experienced and proactive Fleet Manager\u2019s to oversee our vehicle fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain absolute customer focus, keeping the customer fully informed on progress and to effectively manage their expectations through accurate tracking reports and constant liaison which is relevant, reliable, reactive and convenient.
\nDeal with customer complaints rapidly and professionally in liaison with the Fleet planning and client liaison teams and Operations leads.
\nManage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and inspections.
\nEnsure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
\nOversee vehicle procurement, disposal, and lifecycle planning.
\nMonitor fleet performance using GPS tracking and fleet management software.
\nDevelop cost-saving strategies and optimize fuel usage.
\nCoordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics.
\nMaintain accurate records of vehicle usage, insurance, and service history.
\nLead and mentor a team of drivers and maintenance staff.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
\nProven experience managing a large fleet of diverse vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks.
\nStrong knowledge of fleet management systems and vehicle maintenance.
\nExcellent organizational and leadership skills.
\nFamiliarity with transport regulations and safety standards.
\nStrong communication and problem-solving abilities.
\nValid driver\u2019s license; relevant certifications a plus.
\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n
