\nWe seek to recruit self- motivated, experienced, skilful, result and sales -oriented professionals.
\nJob Purpose
\nTo take charge in selling products and services \u2013 review, screen and evaluate loan documentation and to process the loan application as per Policies and Procedures set out by the company. Ensure proper completion of all loan documents and verify correct attachments needed as per Underwriting Rules and provide general customer service.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide comprehensive information on the company\u2019s products to clients.
\nActively sell and cross-sell the company\u2019s products to potential clients
\nGenerate sales by bringing in new customers and expanding the client base.
\nEvaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients and determine their repayment capability before approving loans.
\nCreate customer accounts in the system and upload all required loan documentation.
\nManage customer loan files and ensure proper filing and archiving procedures are followed.
\nHandle any complaints or queries escalated by clients.
\nDevelop and maintain good relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) who bring in new clients.
\nCollaborate with the Regional Manager to meet sales targets and implement sales plans.
\nEnsure compliance with company credit procedures and underwriting rules.
\nMaintain a high level of data integrity in the system.
\nProvide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
\nStay updated on the latest products and services offered by the company.
\nMaintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling client information.
\nAnalyze and assess loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
\nMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and quality of the loan portfolio.
\nParticipate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics.
\nDiploma or better in any business-related course.
\nBasic knowledge in financial analysis.
\nPrevious experience in Mobile operations \u2013 Added advantage
\nSelling skills.
\nValid Driver\u2019s License.
\nAbility to penetrate new markets with no Expresscredit presence
\nAbility to drive long distances and working out of office for long periods
\nPrevious experience in the field \u2013 added advantage
\nHonesty and Integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
\nAnalytical with an attention to detail and accuracy.
\nGood organizational and multi-tasking skills.
\nInterpersonal skills with focus on excellent customer service.
\nGood understanding of customer service principles.
\nExcellent communication skills (oral & written).
