PROCESS MANAGEMENT:<\/p>\n
Analysing and improving operational processes to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
SUPPLY CHAIN AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:<\/p>\n
Overseeing suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations to avoid delays.<\/p>\n
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND STAFF MANAGEMENT:<\/p>\n
Hiring, training, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and managing employee performance.
\nManaging employees and evaluating their performance and productivity whilst implementing strategies for improvement.
\nIdentifying operational best practices and implementing those best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
\nResolving conflicts and issues by addressing problems and conflicts within the organization.<\/p>\n
STRATEGIC PLANNING:<\/p>\n
Planning and implementing strategies to develop and execute plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives, and implementing strategies to optimize operations, improve performance, and align with the organization\u2019s objectives.
\nDeveloping and implementing growth strategies by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion.
\nOverseeing and managing processes related to operational improvements and new initiatives.<\/p>\n
BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT:<\/p>\n
Managing budgets and finances by creating, monitoring and controlling the company budget for financial compliance within allocated resources.<\/p>\n
QUALITY ASSURANCE:<\/p>\n
Implementing quality control processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining high standards.<\/p>\n
COMPLIANCE:<\/p>\n
Ensuring operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and representing the company.<\/p>\n
MANAGEMENT OF KEY ACCOUNTS SALES:<\/p>\n
Managing relationships with key clients and evaluating overall performance and the company\u2019s service delivery to them.<\/p>\n
GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE:<\/p>\n
Ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing issues, and improving customer service processes.
\nCommunication and Collaboration
\nCommunicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:<\/p>\n
Analysing market trends and competition by monitoring trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
\nDriving innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging and implementing improvements to processes and products.
\nDeveloping and implementing growth strategies by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion.<\/p>\n
REPORTS AND MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS:<\/p>\n
Generating general reports on key areas of the business and presenting those to the shareholders of the company.
\nPreparing and presenting monthly management accounts and other reports on business performance and progress.
\nFinancial figures will be prepared and presented by Chief Accountant<\/p>\n
Preferred skills and qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
\n8+ years experience in conducting performance evaluations
\nWorking knowledge of human-resources processes<\/p>\n
Required skills and qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven success in a managerial role
\nStrong decision-making ability
\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
\nProven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
\nAbility to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
\nStrong working knowledge of operational procedures<\/p>\n
Compensation:
\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
