\nABOUT POSITION
\nThe embroidery machine operator will be tasked to set up, operate, and maintain embroidery machines to create embroidered designs on fabric. Their role involves loading designs, adjusting machine parameters, monitoring the embroidery process, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. They also handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the machines.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Machine Operation:
\nLoad designs, adjust parameters, and monitor embroidery machines to ensure accurate placement and high-quality results.
\nDesign Interpretation:
\nUnderstand and interpret design files and work orders to set up machines according to specifications.
\nQuality Control:
\nVerify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials to maintain quality assurance standards.
\nMaintenance:
\nPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime.
\n\u00a0Technical Proficiency:
\nProficiency in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting, including multi-needle models.
\nRecord Keeping:
\nMaintain accurate records of production output, quality control metrics, and machine maintenance.
\nCollaboration:
\nCollaborate with design and production teams to improve processes and product offerings.
\nTroubleshooting:
\nIdentify and resolve machine issues to ensure smooth operation.
\nDesign Creation\/Editing:
\nCreate, edit, and convert designs from electronic formats to embroidery format.<\/p>\n
Required Skills
\nTechnical Proficiency: Understanding of printing processes, printer operation, and RIP software.
\nQuality Control: Ability to identify and resolve print quality issues.
\nProblem-Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
\nAttention to Detail: Ensuring accurate print placement, color replication, and overall quality.
\nCommunication: Collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
\nTime Management: Meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
\nAdded Advantage:
\nAt least one year experience in same or similar position.
\nProficiency in operating DTF, Heat press, Plotter, embroidery, industrial multipurpose printing machines.
\nExperience with specific printer brands (e.g., HP, Extreme, Fuja).
\nKnowledge of various\u00a0 RIP software.
\nFamiliarity with different finishing processes (e.g,\u00a0 cutting)
