\nWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of services.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
\nDevelop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
\nCreate and present tailored proposals to corporate, SME, and political clients.
\nCollaborate with internal teams to customize marketing solutions for clients.
\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
\nAssist in the development and execution of business growth plans.
\nRepresent Kutwila Media at networking events, expos, and client meetings.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nMinimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\nProven ability to meet targets and generate new leads.
\nExperience in the media, marketing, or creative industry is an added advantage.
\nSelf-driven, proactive, and passionate about brand growth and strategy.<\/p>\n
