Job Overview
\nResponsible for managing manufacturing processes within a specific department or a production line. Work closely with\u00a0production, maintenance and quality control staff and other company leaders to ensure that he\/she meets production schedules, products attain a high-quality standard, and the organization adheres to safety protocols.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conducting quality checks of deliverables meeting customer needs to enhance satisfaction;
\nCreating and improving production line systems to manage production;
\nUpholding safety and quality standards to improve work environments as well as food safety;
\nEnsuring compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 standards to adhere to quality standards;
\nIdentifying areas for improvement to achieve most of the results
\nPerforming Shift Preventive Maintenance of mould and machine to have serviceable equipments;
\nSafe handling of mould, tooling, crane and equipment to get the best results;
\nPerforming root cause analysis and establishing CAPA on breakdowns and failure;
\nCompliance with regulatory, legal and safety requirements in order adhere to the laws;
\nMaintaining efficient operating condition of all machines and utilities
\nReporting troubleshooting and breakdown progress to management for decision making;
\nResponsible for product change over, line clearance and taking First Sample Approval from QC;
\nPerform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements \u2013 Education, Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
Diploma\/bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical\/electrical or a related field;
\nDirect experience in a manufacturing and plastic plant and at least two (2) years\u2019 experience in a supervisory role;
\nKnowledge of troubleshooting issues that occur with machinery and equipment;<\/p>\n
