Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka\u2019s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. \n1)\u00a0Stores Officer (2 positions)
\nJob Overview
\nThe Stores Officer will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day-to-day operations of the business.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct periodic inventory stock count to have the correct records for available stocks;
\nMaintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filled and stored properly;
\nVerify all goods received as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity delivered;
\nResponsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facility for upkeep and hygiene;
\nResponsible for storage of all stock in the Warehouse;
\nEnsure the quantities requested match with quantity issued to keep the correct records of inventories;
\nConduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs to arrive at the buffer levels;
\nPerform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements \u2013 Qualifications, Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
Diploma in Purchasing and supply with working Experience of not less than 2 years at similar level in Stores;
\nMust be a paid up member of ZIPS;
\nGood communication \u00a0skills;
\nAbility to work under pressure;
\nUnderstanding of Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical fitness.
\nDemonstrated capacity to function well in a team and contribute effectively to team efforts;
\nPerform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
