\nGeneration Alive (GAL) is a feminist organization made working towards the advancement of girls and women\u2019s rights. We promote equality and fight injustices towards women and girls that inhibit them from enjoying their rights.
\nWe work mainly around six thematic areas namely, leadership development, health, gender equality, governance, climate justice and economic strengthening.

\nGAL envisions a society in which all women, girls and young people enjoy their human rights and actively participate at all levels of decision making. Our work focuses on building the collective voice, power, and influence of young women by building a movement of young feminists that will foster an enabling environment for young women to meaningfully participate at all levels of decision making.

\nMinimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Must be aged between 18-35 years
\nMust be a Zambia citizen
\nRecent college or university graduate with TVET Certificate, Diploma or Degree
\nAbility to communicate in English and a local language
\nBasic computer literacy
\nPassion to lead
\nAbility to engage communities
\nExcellent interpersonal intercultural communications skills
\nAvailability and full participation for 8 months
\nPlanning and organizational skills
\nBasic reporting skills<\/p>\n
A monthly stipend will be provided.
