This role supports business goals by ensuring a positive work environment, legal compliance, and effective HR operations. The HR Manager works closely with company leadership, provides guidance to staff, and helps build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.<br \/>\n1. Employee &amp; External Relations<\/p>\n<p>Maintain positive employee relations across all departments.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain good relationships with external partners such as the Labor Office, NSSF, and trade unions.<\/p>\n<p>2. Recruitment<\/p>\n<p>Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates for all open positions.<br \/>\nExpand recruitment channels and grow the company\u2019s internal talent pool.<\/p>\n<p>3. Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/p>\n<p>Ensure accurate salary processing and social welfare contributions in coordination with external HR service providers.<br \/>\nMonitor market trends and update the compensation system accordingly.<br \/>\nPropose salary increases and bonuses and manage related communication.<\/p>\n<p>4. Talent Management<\/p>\n<p>Work with leadership to develop career growth, training, promotion, and retention plans.<br \/>\nSet up and oversee performance management processes.<br \/>\nMaintain complete and accurate employee records.<\/p>\n<p>5. HR Support &amp; Advisory<\/p>\n<p>Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR and employee relations matters.<br \/>\nManage on-boarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews.<br \/>\nLead employee engagement activities and company events.<br \/>\nAct as the main contact for external HR communications and employer branding.<br \/>\nDevelop and manage the HR team to ensure high-quality support to the business.<\/p>\n<p>6. HR Programs<\/p>\n<p>Support the annual employee promotion program and complete other tasks assigned by leadership.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree or above.<br \/>\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 HR management experience, including team leadership.<br \/>\nStrong sense of responsibility, organisational awareness, and teamwork.<br \/>\nProactive and collaborative mindset.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nSkills and Attributes:<\/p>\n<p>HR Knowledge<br \/>\nSolid understanding of labor laws, social welfare, and HR policies.<br \/>\nHands-on experience in recruitment, compensation, and performance management.<br \/>\nFamiliar with HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAble to guide, support, and coach managers and employees.<br \/>\nSkilled in conflict resolution and organisational change.<\/p>\n<p>Planning &amp; Organisation<\/p>\n<p>Strong decision-making and analytical skills.<br \/>\nAble to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nOrganised and detail-oriented.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Traits<\/p>\n<p>High integrity and professionalism.<br \/>\nResponsible, proactive, and team-focused.<br \/>\nOpen-minded and solution-oriented.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
