Job Overview:
\nThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and staff development. This role supports business goals by ensuring a positive work environment, legal compliance, and effective HR operations. The HR Manager works closely with company leadership, provides guidance to staff, and helps build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.
\n1. Employee & External Relations<\/p>\n
Maintain positive employee relations across all departments.
\nBuild and maintain good relationships with external partners such as the Labor Office, NSSF, and trade unions.<\/p>\n
2. Recruitment<\/p>\n
Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates for all open positions.
\nExpand recruitment channels and grow the company\u2019s internal talent pool.<\/p>\n
3. Compensation & Benefits<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate salary processing and social welfare contributions in coordination with external HR service providers.
\nMonitor market trends and update the compensation system accordingly.
\nPropose salary increases and bonuses and manage related communication.<\/p>\n
4. Talent Management<\/p>\n
Work with leadership to develop career growth, training, promotion, and retention plans.
\nSet up and oversee performance management processes.
\nMaintain complete and accurate employee records.<\/p>\n
5. HR Support & Advisory<\/p>\n
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR and employee relations matters.
\nManage on-boarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews.
\nLead employee engagement activities and company events.
\nAct as the main contact for external HR communications and employer branding.
\nDevelop and manage the HR team to ensure high-quality support to the business.<\/p>\n
6. HR Programs<\/p>\n
Support the annual employee promotion program and complete other tasks assigned by leadership.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or above.
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 HR management experience, including team leadership.
\nStrong sense of responsibility, organisational awareness, and teamwork.
\nProactive and collaborative mindset.<\/p>\n

\nSkills and Attributes:<\/p>\n
HR Knowledge
\nSolid understanding of labor laws, social welfare, and HR policies.
\nHands-on experience in recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
\nFamiliar with HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<\/p>\n
Leadership & Communication<\/p>\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAble to guide, support, and coach managers and employees.
\nSkilled in conflict resolution and organisational change.<\/p>\n
