\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Portfolio Quality
\na. Maintain a portfolio quality and the portfolio at risk (PAR) within the risk appetite of the company.
\nb. Maintain a loan loss rate as prescribed in organisational policies.
\nc. Ensure recoveries of written off loans.
\nd. Maintaining relationships with clients and providing ongoing support.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Portfolio growth & Disbursements
\na)\u00a0 Ensure quality growth of the loan portfolio by identifying and engaging with potential customers and, showing and explaining the features and benefits of our loan products.
\nb)\u00a0 Ensure timely collections for loan repayments due.
\nc)\u00a0 Analysing loans proposals and make recommendations.
\nd)\u00a0 Champion efforts in mobilizing new\/potential markets by gathering feedback on customer needs and market trends.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Customer Services.
\na)\u00a0 Persuading customers to make a purchase.
\nb)\u00a0 Ensure a high rate of customer retention.
\nc)\u00a0 Ensure that client complaints are resolved and reduced to Zero.
\nd)\u00a0 Assist clients in preparing loan application and business profile.
\ne)\u00a0 Analyse loan proposals and make recommendations to credit committee.
\n4. Compliance to Credit Policy.
\na)\u00a0 Ensure proper loan file documentation.
\nb)\u00a0 Ensure that existing clients are monitored at prescribed intervals.
\nc)\u00a0 Ensure policy and procedures for delinquency escalation are followed.
\n5. Client Protection.
\na)\u00a0 Ensure adherence to client protection principles.
\nb)\u00a0 Ensure that clients are not over indebted.
\nc)\u00a0 Ensure that clients are treated with respect at all times.
\nd)\u00a0 Ensure transparency and integrity in all dealings with clients.
\n6. Coordination
\na)\u00a0 Ensure Daily, Weekly and Monthly Management reports are submitted for review and management action.
\nb)\u00a0 Ensure client financial education is delivered and reports are submitted to Management.
\nc)\u00a0 Develop proposals for further improvement of the business, including concepts for new products and services.
\nd)\u00a0 Attend to clients and resolving any outstanding issues
\ne)\u00a0 To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the CFO.
\n7. Fraud & Reporting Management
\na)\u00a0 To alert the CFO of any irregularities and suspected frauds immediately such occurrences happen\/are identified.
\nb)\u00a0 Ensure Zero tolerance to occupational fraud or client fraud.
\n8 Minimum qualification requirements and competencies:
\nDiploma in Marketing, Accounting, Banking and Finance or Business Administration.
\n2 Years of Work Experience in marketing, sales, business development, credit administration, operations\/microfinance industry.
\nDetermined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to acquire new customers and business.
\nReady to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
\nVery good communication and marketing skills
\nGood knowledge in economic and financial matters
\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n9 Accounting Knowledge and Experience<\/p>\n
At least one-year experience in data processing in a very busy environment.
\nKnowledge of lending, credit and risk management including pre-loan eligibility requirements, collateral, loan approval processes, repayment terms and incentives, delinquency and default management<\/p>\n
10 Banking Regulations and Legal Compliance<\/p>\n
Knowledge of lending, banking and transformation products policies and procedures
