As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking to recruit a dedicated Pre- and After-Sales Solutions Technician.<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\nDeliver technical support during pre-sales activities, including solution design, product presentations, and client consultations.<br \/>\nConfigure and deploy HUAWEI ICT solutions across enterprise environments.<br \/>\nProvide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.<br \/>\nLiaise with HUAWEI technical support teams to resolve complex issues.<br \/>\nDocument solution architectures and support procedures.<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\nDegree or Diploma in IT Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role<br \/>\nProven ability to achieve sales targets<br \/>\nAgile, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies<br \/>\nStrong presentation and training skills<br \/>\nCapable of configuring networking devices<br \/>\nProven experience with HUAWEI enterprise solutions (certifications such as HCIA, HCIP,CCNA or HCIA an advantage).<br \/>\nStrong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data centers.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.<br \/>\nAccess to continuous training and HUAWEI certification programs.<br \/>\nA vibrant and collaborative team environment.<br \/>\nCareer advancement opportunities in the ICT industry.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
