\nThe Company seeks the services of:\u00a0Customer Relations Officer x 1
\nThe responsibility of this role will include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
\nHandle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them or escalation.
\nNegotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
\nMarket institution\u2019s products to individuals and firms, institution services that may meet customers\u2019 needs.
\nUnderstanding Customer Concerns
\nReinforce communicating within the Company
\nInvestigating Problems
\nTraining Staff by using both their knowledge of the company and of customer service best practices, by educating others hired to respond to customer complaints.
\nPublic Relations by building connections on behalf of the company by engaging all existing clients to ensure satisfaction, networking within the community to identify prospective customers and contribute to the organization\u2019s marketing campaigns.
\nPrepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
\n(Diploma) Business Administration or Marketing
\nWork experience: at least one year in a similar industry.
\nComputer Literate
