We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing a marketing team, and driving brand growth. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our business objectives and expand our market presence.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Create and implement integrated marketing plans to support products, services, and brand growth.
\nMaintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all digital and offline channels to position BGS as a trusted tech solutions provider.
\nManage and grow BGS\u2019s online presence through SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
\nCollaborate with product and development teams to craft compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies for new tech products and solutions.
\nBuild media relationships, craft press releases, and secure media coverage to enhance BGS\u2019s visibility in the ICT industry.
\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and refine value propositions.
\nTrack and analyse marketing campaign performance, presenting data-driven insights to leadership for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Desired Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
\nAt least 5 years in managerial role in Marketing with strong Digital Marketing skill.
\nProficiency in SEO\/SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
\nStrong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
\nProven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
\nMust be a member of Zambia Institute of Marketing.<\/p>\n
