\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territories or product lines.
\nPromote and sell our wide range of furniture solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions via digital platforms, calls, and virtual meetings.
\nBuild and nurture strong client relationships, including interior designers, retailers, \u00a0contractors, and resellers, with minimal in-person supervision.
\nAssess customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations and support throughout the sales cycle.
\nAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with earnings directly linked to performance.
\nCollect and report valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in sales; experience in furniture, retail or interior design sectors is highly desirable
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
\nAbility to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
\nBasic computer skills.
\nBasic proficiency in using online tools (email, WhatsApp, social media, video conferencing).
\nMinimum qualification: Grade 12, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field also an added advantage<\/p>\n
Remuneration:
\nAttractive commission structure based on sales performance.
