Urgently looking for an Early childhood teacher (ECE) and Primary School Teacher
\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Create a classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning of learners
\nMonitor children\u2019s progress and adjust the lesson plan accordingly
\nProvide individual instruction to children in need of extra attention
\nCollaborate with other teachers and staff members
\nEncourage creativity and self-expression
\nProvide a safe and secure learning environment for children
\nEstablish and enforce classroom rules
\nAssess Childrens\u2019 abilities and develop individual learning plans<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/p>\n
Able to create lesson plans and a stimulating learning environment
\nKnowledge of child development stages and the ability to adjust teaching methods accordingly
\nAbility to communicate effectively with parents, other teachers, and staff
\nAbility to stay organized and manage time efficiently
\nAbility to handle challenging behaviors<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Should possess a full grade 12 certificate
\nDiploma\/Certificate or better in early childhood education or primary education.
\nRegistered with TCZ
\nMust be residing in Lusaka West Mungwi Road area especially near Apollo or L85 Barracks or the surrounding areas or ready to relocate.
\nTeaching experience will be an added advantage.
\nNo time wasters.<\/p>\n
